Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched a suite of enhanced online service plans through its upgraded website.
The new fixed-price service plan is now available for vans up to seven years old with unlimited mileage.
Other new features include an extended Live Chat function. Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles first introduced Live Chat in 2017 and industry figures show 42% of consumers prefer online chat functions because they don’t have to wait ‘on hold’.
David Hanna, head of service and parts at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, said: “Our service plans are designed to help customers avoid unexpected servicing bills, keep them on the road and protect them from inflation.”
Service plan holders can have their vehicles serviced at any Volkswagen Van Centre or authorised repairer in the UK.
