BT Fleet Solutions is celebrating after winning both van and truck fleet management company of the year at the Commercial Fleet Awards.

It is the second year running that the company has won the award, but this year, it was also highly commended in the supplier of the year category.

Fleet Solutions was recognised at the annual awards evening, organised by Commercial Fleet, which took place at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole.

The win, received at the annual awards evening at Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole, reflects Fleet Solutions’ strategy of expanding its range of products and services over the past year and making significant investments in technology and training.

BT Fleet Solutions’ managing director Henry Brace said: “To support our customers’ ever-changing needs, we have expanded our range of products and services, completed a multi-million-pound technology programme and invested heavily in our people and apprentices.

“We have enhanced our garage capabilities, including nationwide mobile maintenance, 24/5 garage openings, HGV capability and ATF lanes in several of our 64 owned workshops.

“We are delighted to be recognised as Van/Truck Fleet Management Company of the year for the second year running, it is testament to our people’s dedication to continuous improvement and technological leadership.”

Fleet Solutions has invested resource and capital in ways that would further enhance its SMR proposition, with a focus on mobile maintenance, garage opening hours, ATFs and in-garage customer experience along with overhauling its accident services offering to better meet the needs of its customers – high utilisation, mission-critical fleets.

The Commercial Fleet Awards brings the fleet industry together to reward success, innovation and advances in technology.

The event was attended by more than 600 of the industry’s key operators and service providers. It celebrates the critical role the industry plays in keeping British businesses moving, compliant and efficient.
