TruckEast has launched a website dedicated to its specialist service division, providing a clear overview of the products and services available to commercial vehicle operators.

Due to the diverse range of services on offer from the company, whether the user is looking for a car or van MOT, tail-lift maintenance or a bodyshop repair, the streamlined menu provides quick and easy access for the user, says TruckEast.

Regional director Graham Broughton said: “Our site provides an outlet to showcase the breadth of services that we offer – from the workshop, bodyshop, recovery and even the van racking provision.

“When developing the site it was crucial to deliver a clean and user-friendly experience, but we also wanted to include some added functionality.

“For example, we’ve included some handy reminder services for both tachograph and MOT’s, allowing users to keep on top of their vehicle maintenance.”

The new website - - has been designed by Verto UK and is just one of the investments made by TruckEast to improve its customer experience. This year has seen the launch of a purpose built ATF lane at Witham, the instalment of a tachograph centre at Ely and refurbishments of customer reception and waiting areas across the group.
