Vehicle leasing company Carparison has opened a new business hub at their headquarters in Marsh Barton to offer customers advice on vehicle leasing, fleet management and sustainability.

Steve Hill, business centre manager, said: “We are a one-stop shop for every make and model – car or van. Our new business hub means that in addition to our online business, we now offer face to face advice and support to businesses across the region.

“More than half of our sales were of electric vehicles last year. We provide advice to employers and employees with the transition to electric vehicles, helping them with guidance on tax savings and salary sacrifice.”

A salary sacrifice scheme involves employees ‘sacrificing’ part of their gross salary in exchange for a leased car for a set period. This can be beneficial for both the employer and the employee because the cost of the lease reduces income tax and National Insurance (NI).

Hill added: “Our team have worked hard to forge strong relationships with all of the manufacturers, and we have our own storage compound, so we are able to offer next day delivery despite supply chain issues within the automotive industry.”

General manager, Matt Woodward said: “Everyone is time poor now. When we are dealing with fleet customers, we can arrange demonstrators from the manufacturers to visit their business premises.

“We can find a funding solution for any business. We offer a complete service, and we never have to say ‘no’ to a customer.”

The business hub is open to businesses and private individuals from 8.30am until 6pm, Monday to Friday.
