Sopp+Sopp partners with Rapid Repair Network for one-day vehicle repairs

Accident management specialist Sopp+Sopp has launched a partnership with Rapid Repair Network to deliver flexible, mobile repairs for its fleet and commercial clients.

Fleet News Award winner Sopp+Sopp, part of Activate Group, works with some of the country’s best-known fleet providers to deliver end-to-end accident management.

It services more than 100,000 claims a year across a total fleet portfolio of over 200,000 vehicles.

The partnership will see Sopp+Sopp offer same day and one-day mobile repairs on minor vehicle damage as an alternative to traditional body shop repairs.

The UK-wide solution provides customers with improved flexibility and convenience, taking days off the repair journey and duration, and removing the need for replacement vehicles, it says.

Callum Langan, commercial director for Sopp+Sopp, explained: “Minimising vehicle down-time is extremely important to our customers, and this innovative partnership offers a flexible, low-cost solution.

“When an incident is reported, we use an intelligent triage process to get accurate images of the damage and identify the best repair method.

“Mobile repair is a fantastic addition to our existing repair options, allowing us to fix minor damage in a single day at a convenient time and location that suits the customer.”

Rob Hawes, managing director at Rapid Repair Network, added: “It’s great to be working with the team at Sopp+Sopp.

“Our UK-wide mobile repair network fits seamlessly into their service proposition, offering the very best solution for same-day vehicle repair and helping to keep fleet vehicles on the road.”
