Vauxhall has delivered Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery a fleet of eight Movano box vans.

The London-based firm chose the Movano as it offered a greater payload than the company’s existing fleet of vans.

Vauxhall supplied the Movanos in platform cab body style. Body manufacturers Lawrence David then converted them into box body vans, which are ideal for transporting lightweight kitchens.

The new Vauxhall vans will be used to deliver ready-assembled kitchens to trades people nationwide.

“The new Vauxhall vans will enable us to be far more efficient in our use both of time and fuel by rationalising the number of deliveries we make and creating a more efficient branch operation," said Steve Bareham, southern region operations director at Benchmarx.

“We are delighted to supply Benchmarx with this fleet of new Vauxhall Movano vans,” added Derek Wilson, Vauxhall’s light commercial vehicle director.

“The Movano is the perfect choice for businesses like Benchmarx thanks to its class-leading payload, economy, versatility and driver comfort.”
