MG’s fleet team will be available at this year’s Fleet & Mobility Live alongside the popular MG4 and its all-electric ZS.

The show, brought to you by Fleet News, is back once again at the NEC on October 3 & 4 and is free for fleet professionals to attend.

MG has made huge strides in the sector, particularly since the launch of its MG4 fully-electric hatchback which was named EV Breakthrough of the Year at this year’s Fleet News Awards.

The MG4’s £26,995 entry point on price has made it one of the most popular electric vehicles in the UK and MG has high hopes for the model’s potential with fleet customers, including for employees taking an EV through salary sacrifice schemes.

The brand recently added a new Extended Range variant to the MG 4 line-up, which can cover 323 miles between charges.

The ZS electric SUV was also given a model refresh, but MG had to take a pause on sales last year due to lack of supply.

However, these supply issues have now been solved and so vehicles are now more readily available for fleet customers.

Geraint Issac, MG Motor UK head of fleet sales, said there is now ZS stock “on the ground” in the UK with MG able to immediately fulfil fleet orders depending on requirements around trim and colour.

Factory order delivery times are now down to as little as 12 weeks.

MG recently launched its fleet charter to give corporate customers a guaranteed level of service as it looks to continue its growth in the fleet market.

Issac added: “From a brand perspective it’s imperative that we’re at Fleet & Mobility Live because it sends a message to the market about how serious we are about fleet.

“The event worked really well for us last year and so myself and the fleet team will be on hand to speak with existing and prospective customers about how we can help them.

“We’ve also got some really existing new products coming down the line in the next 12 to 18 months, so we’d be happy to give some hints on that to those visiting us at the show.”

Fleet & Mobility Live, brought to you by Fleet News, has been developed in association with fleet managers to help people in the industry learn, share, connect and discover.

The two day event features 18 seminar sessions, over 30 speakers and an exhibition hall packed with the latest electric vehicles and innovations from the UK’s leading fleet and mobility suppliers.
