The 2019 model year Jeep Renegade SUV will be available with a new range of petrol and Euro 6d diesel engines when it is launched in the UK in September.

New three and four-cylinder turbo petrol engines will debut on the Renegade – the new engine family includes a 1.0-litre delivering 120PS and a 1.3-litre delivering 150PS or 180PS.

The engine offering also includes the updated 1.6-litre and 2.0-litre MultiJet II diesel engines with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), all of which are Euro 6d-TEMP/D compliant.

The 2019 model year Renegade features exterior and interior changes. Exterior changes include a redesigned, seven-slot grille, new headlights and fog lights, as well as new wheels.

Depending on trim level, the SUV can be equipped with Uconnect 5-inch or Uconnect 8.4-inch NAV, which can be used by the driver to control features such as the climate and sound system.

Lane Sense Departure Warning-Plus and Intelligent Speed Assist with Traffic Sign Recognition are now standard across the whole range.

Prices start at £19,200 for the 1.0 GSE T3 120PS FWD model, rising to £30,805 for the 2.0 E6d ATX 4wd Trailhawk.
