Bathstore is taking delivery of 140 DS 3 PureTech 110 S&S DStyle Nav manual cars to help it roll out its new Home Design Service nationwide.

The cars will allow Bathstore colleagues to visit customers at home to design new bathroom installations. They are being leased from Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions on 36-month contract hire with maintenance agreements for a mixture of 6,000, 8,000, 10,000 and 12,000 annual mileage terms, according to which part of the country the cars are based.

The DS 3s will have a full-vinyl wrap, carrying the Bathstore Home Design Service livery, applied before delivery. The cars will be spread across the UK at bathstore-owned and bathstore franchise stores.

Dean Weston, Bathstore deputy CEO and chief operations officer, said: “The DS 3’s three cylinder, 110hp PureTech petrol engine delivers lively performance, excellent 62.8mpg combined cycle fuel economy and low CO2 emissions of just 104g/km.  The style, functionality and low wholelife costs of DS 3 appealed to Bathstore. The cars will be used to visit customers’ homes so need to be compact and easy to park in residential roads and car parks.  The size and specification of DS 3 is ideal for this purpose.”
