Complete Vehicle Management (CVM) is entering the salary sacrifice space with the launch of iLease Electric.

The scheme is aimed at businesses of any size as an alternative to any existing company car schemes.

Once a business has officially signed up for the scheme, approved employees will then have access to iLease Electric’s online quoting portal, enabling them to quote on virtually every make and model of electric car available in the UK.

CVM said there is a fundamental element of iLease Electric’s offering that sets it apart from other salary sacrifice providers - flexibility. With factors to consider such as early termination charges and employee eligibility, iLease Electric can walk employers through these elements and create some bespoke features for how this is offered to their employees and handled behind the scenes. All the considerations around vehicle leasing are explained and accounted for, and the scheme includes servicing, maintenance and insurance.

Kevin Connor, CVM’s CEO, said: “There is no better time than now to consider a salary sacrifice benefits scheme for your employees. Staff retention is key to success and this, added to any existing benefit packages, reinforces the message that employees are important to your business. The iLease Electric product offering from CVM is the perfect solution.”

iLease Electric is also working in partnership with Project Better Energy for the supply of home EV chargers for companies and employees that join the scheme. Introductions will be made through iLease Electric, after which quotes, and pricing are provided by Project Better Energy direct.

iLease Electric is being offered out to CVM’s current corporate client-base, with a broker model in development for the last quarter of 2022.
