Maxus has temporarily cut the price of its T90EV electric pick-up truck to £38,950 (ex VAT) as part of a new 5,6,7,8 campaign.

The deal includes a five year warranty, £6,000 conquest programme, a free 7kW charger and an eight-year battery warranty.

It follows an offer, at the start of the year, of £14,000 off the price of an electric van.

Mark Barrett, Director, Harris MAXUS said: “We did it before with our £30m conquest support programme and we’re doing it again with a new £6,000, per vehicle, support programme and free charger to help our customers transition to EV.  This is part of MAXUS’ commitment to making sustainable transportation feasible and accessible. However, the offer is for a limited time so I encourage anyone interested in checking out the UK’s only EV pick-up to contact their local MAXUS dealer today”.

The T90EV is powered by a 204PS electric motor that drives the rear wheels. An 88.5kWh battery pack provides a range of 220 miles (WLTP).

It has a payload of 1,000Kg and a towing capacity of 1,500Kg.

The specification includes a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, a reversing camera and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Maxus said the 5,6,7,8 offer for the T90EV will run until September 30. The offer price also includes the £5,000 OLEV grant.
