ARI to provide fleet management services to Scottish Water

Fleet management provider ARI is to provide a range of services to Scottish Water following a competitive tender process.

The agreement will see ARI provide service, maintenance and repair, LGV compliance and accident management services to the fleet of more than 2,000 assets, including HGV, LCV, plant and ancillary items.

Ross Shepherd, fleet manager at Scottish Water, said: “Our fleet operates in some of the most remote parts of the country, as well as towns and cities, and it is vital that all our vehicles are well maintained.

"We are pleased to be working with ARI to ensure we can continue to respond to the needs of our customers across Scotland as quickly and efficiently as possible.”

Scottish Water will also have access to management information reporting through ARI’s fleet management tool, ARI Insights, which will real-time information on its fleet's performance.
