4 Fisker Ocean electric SUV 2023

Fisker has launched its new Ocean electric SUV in Europe, which has a range of up to 440 miles and prices that start from £35,970.

The Ocean is the first model from the American brand to be offered in the UK and Fisker is planning to open a ‘consumer experience centre’ in London to showcase the new vehicle.

The five-seat SUV will target the premium market and rival vehicles like the Audi Q4 e-tron.

Entry level Sport models are priced at £35,970 and offer a 273-mile range. A single motor powers the front wheels, delivering 275PS.

The car is equipped with a 17.1-inch portrait-mounted central touchscreen, 20-inch alloy wheels, a fixed glass sunroof, power tailgate and LED headlights.

The Ultra costs from £49,880 and provides a range of up to 379 miles. This mid-spec model uses a twin motor powertrain that produces 540PS. Additional features over the Sport include a heat pump, sat-nav, an opening sunroof and and upgraded 12-speaker audio system.

The range-topping Extreme grade offers a 440-mile range and a 550PS power output. It is also equipped with solar panels on the roof, heated seats and has a rotating infotainment screen that can be viewed in landscape format at the touch of a button.

Fisker Intelligent Pilot driver assistance features are available across the range. It uses a world-first digital radar system along with a suite of cameras and sensors, to provide features including lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control.

Over-the-air updates allow drivers to add features to lower grade models via subscription, these include heated seats and 360-degree surround camera view.

Cox Automotive and Rivus have been appointed to provide outsourced solutions for vehicle delivery, service / maintenance, fleet management, mobile fleet servicing, valuation, trade-in, refurbishment and remarketing.

Subscription service Onto has placed an order for 700 Ocean models to join its UK fleet.
