Alphabet has hired Miles Tetlow (pictured left) as its new head of contract and Hannah Broad as its new head of collections.

The Farnborough-based company promoted Tetlow from his previous role of head of collections to head of contract management, and he will oversee the company’s contract servicing operations.

Broad was also promoted from collections manager to head of collections.

Broad (pictured left) will look to enhance Alphabet’s collection systems and tools, while managing its receivables function.

Stefan Oswald, chief financial officer for Alphabet, said: “We’re pleased to make these appointments as they reflect one of our four strategic pillars, that ‘Our People Make the Difference’.

“During their time with Alphabet, both Miles and Hannah have demonstrated the leadership qualities we look for, leading from the front with passion and vision, as well as embodying our organisational values on a daily basis.

“They now have an exciting opportunity to lead their teams working in our fast-developing ‘mobility’ space and help shape Alphabet’s customer approach in the digital age.”

Its fleet consists of 138,000 vehicles in the UK and more than 700,000 vehicles across 28 countries worldwide.

The duo will continue to manage the company’s portfolio of fleet management options that include: strategic consultancy, corporate and employee car schemes, commercial vehicles, risk management, vehicle rental, accident management, fleet management and maintenance.

Tetlow and Broad will look to help strengthen its working relationships with Panasonic, Lyreco, Grundfos Pumps and McDonalds.
