Autoglass BodyRepair has announced a new three-year deal with Hastings Direct. The mobile repair specialist will work alongside the online insurance provider.

The partnership will see Autoglass BodyRepair offer its mobile body repair service to Hastings’ customers in the UK.

The car repair company was awarded the long-term contract because of its one-day, mobile repair offering. The deal ensures that Hastings’ customers will be off the road for as little time as possible, as other clients have recently seen, it says.

Greg Stansfield, sales director of Autoglass BodyRepair, said: “We have experienced a very successful first half of 2019 and this new contract win has helped us to kick off the second half in much the same way.

“We have a close working relationship with Hastings and are looking forward to a long and fruitful partnership with them.

“Through our established link with Vizion Network, we are confident that we can provide the best possible service to every Hastings customer.”

Hastings Direct will now be able to offer Autoglass BodyRepair's 5-Star TrustPilot and BSI10125 accredited service, as well as utilise its 250 members of staff and 150 mobile bodyshops.

David Walker, direct managing director of Hastings Direct, said: “Our new partnership with Autoglass BodyRepair and Vizion Network will help us to enhance the range of repair options that we offer to our customers.

“We selected Autoglass BodyRepair because of their established one-day mobile repair service capability, amongst other factors, and are in no doubt that our customers will benefit from the flexibility and convenience of the mobile repair service.”

The company has also partnered with Vizion Network. The latter offers 750 repair centres across the UK.

The combination aims to ensure that Hastings Direct customers have a wide range of specialists on hand to fix their vehicles, as quickly as possible.
