Vauxhall has appointed Richard Roberts as its new Fleet Marketing and Motability Manager.

In his new role Roberts is responsible for the car maker’s fleet marketing and operations, Motability sales and fleet sales order fulfilment.

Roberts has across the Vauxhall and GM multi-brand business ranging from regional retail sales and aftersales operations, to central forecast and business planning.

Most recently, he was the Fleet National Contract Hire and Leasing Manager responsible for managing the relationship between Vauxhall and UK leasing companies.

“Richard starts his new role at a very exciting time for Vauxhall with five major product launches in 2017, that will see us add to our range and enter new segments,” said James Taylor, Vauxhall’s fleet sales director.

Vauxhall is launching the all-new Insignia, in Grand Sport, Sports Tourer and Country Tourer body styles, plus the Crossland X and Grandland X in 2017.
