Incident management company TTS360 has been working with Transport for London (TfL), CLOCS and FORS to develop a new incident reporting product.

TTS360’s service is designed to remove the administration burden from fleet managers operating in London and provides around the clock, 365 days a year, incident reporting solution for all incidents involving a fleet vehicle.

The company said its product works by automatically and immediately alerting a fleet's CLOCS manager following an incident and, by doing so, this allows the company to meet its obligations as a FORS member.

Andy Rowe, managing director at TTS360, said: “CLOCS and FORS are important initiatives and we are delighted to be able to work with TfL to provide an integrated cost effective solution to improve incident reporting and remove risk for fleet managers.”

Supported by TfL, Construction Logistics and Cyclist Safety (CLOCS), aims to improve road safety and protect vulnerable road users, such as cyclists whilst the Fleet Operator Recognition System (FORS) is an accreditation scheme that aims to improve fleet activity throughout the UK.
