Following a consultation with fleets and insurers, Drive iQ has launched a new revision of its online driver safety and wellbeing programme.

Drive iQ is an annual programme, which starts with a questionnaire to help encourage drivers to reflext on their experiences of driving.

Drivers then undertake a series of bite-sized coaching modules, followed by a short quiz.

On completion of the core modules, drivers receive their personal Drive iQ score, with a certificate of completion.

Every month drivers receive a micro-module with hints and tips to help them stay safe on the road, the company says.

Richard Hill, chief revenue officer at Drive iQ said: “Our consultations with fleets and insurers revealed some very clear changes in terms of what employers are looking for to keep their employees safe on the road.

“The new version of Drive iQ addresses these challenges by offering new content formats, delivered on any device and suitable for all drivers.

"Furthermore, the increasing financial pressure that businesses find themselves under, has informed our decision to make Drive iQ as accessible and affordable to as many fleets as possible, by pricing it at just £5 per driver, per annum.”

Drive iQ is accessible on any device and a demo of the new version of Drive iQ is available on the Drive iQ website.
