Licence Bureau will showcase its new online Compliance Managed Services (CMS) licence checking portal at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Show.

The fleet driving licence checking company is appearing at the CV Show for the first time in 2015 and will be offering visitors a live demonstration of the CMS system on stand 4D128.

It covers everything from driving licence verification, car hire, Right to Work checks, grey fleet insurance, MOT/roadworthiness, non-driver management, driver audit risk excellence and e-signatures.

The online platform gives the user access to a wide range of licence checking and compliance tools, keeping tabs on a company’s fleet of drivers and highlights any potential risks or non-compliance issues.

The CMS portal also provides an auditable Health and Safety trail, which enables companies to adhere to Duty of Care obligations.

Licence Bureau will also exhibit a new-for-2015 feature, which will see its portal integrate with telematics and accident management data feeds. These can help track non-compliance issues and contribute towards offering an all-inclusive system.

Malcolm Maycock, managing director at Licence Bureau, said “We are looking forward to attending the CV Show for the first time and demonstrating our recently launched CMS portal. As licence checking driver verification is an integral part of the commercial vehicle industry, there’s no better place to showcase our capabilities.”
