A brand new fleet customer hub has been launched at the Mercedes-Benz UK headquarters in Milton Keynes to act as a conduit between fleet customers and the Mercedes-Benz fleet field team.

Mercedes-Benz says it is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and the new hub – situated for the first time in-house, with a team solely focussed on fleet customers – aims to ensure that the ever changing needs of the fleet industry are met.

Fleet customers can get in touch with the team for all fleet related queries – including vehicle availability, BIK, P11d and CO2 – and receive quick answers to assist them in making informed vehicle decisions.

In addition, the hub supports the fleet field team through administration tasks, demonstration bookings and customer event planning – allowing the field team to maximise the time they spend with customers.

Sally Dennis, head of fleet, Mercedes-Benz UK, said: “This investment highlights our commitment to further improve the level of service we provide our fleet customers.

“It’s the next step in developing the way we work with our customers’ needs and expectations whilst also demonstrating our dedication to the fleet industry.”

Last year, saw Fleet sales reach record levels – up more than 20% FY to 50,573 new cars.
