Driver satisfaction levels among blue chip clients of the Leasedrive Group remain consistently high, with 97.5 per cent of drivers either satisfied or very satisfied with the overall service levels they received in 2013. The percentage in 2012 was 97.2 per cent.

Roddy Graham, commercial director at Leasedrive, said: “Over the past three years, our customer satisfaction levels have been above 97 per cent, which is a terrific achievement for customer service excellence. It demonstrates high levels of service consistency, which every successful organisation should strive for.

“As a forward-thinking company, we never rest on our laurels and continue to invest in improving standards in all areas of our business. Last year, we won the 2013 ‘Fleeteye CSI award for fleets of over 250 vehicles’ and many of our high profile new account wins are due to our excellent track record for customer service. Indeed, the quality of service delivery is a key differentiator for us.”

Among Leasedrive Group customers 63.9 per cent of drivers were very satisfied with the excellent service they received, an increase of 2.2 per cent over the previous year. Just under 34 per cent were satisfied and only 2.5 per cent dissatisfied.  Satisfaction levels increased over the previous year for customer service, vehicle ordering and vehicle rental.
