Ogilvie Fleet has become the first vehicle leasing and fleet management company to win a Fleeteye CSI (customer satisfaction index) award three times in succession.

The Fleet CSI Awards recognise the contract hire company that has achieved the highest customer satisfaction in the eyes of fleet decision-makers in a calendar year.

Ogilvie topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.

The award is based on results obtained throughout 2012 from Experteye’s post-sale customer satisfaction survey which is drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, which asks a range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye, said: “It is a fabulous achievement for Ogilvie Fleet to have won the sub-250 fleet award three times in a row.

“It is a huge testimony to the consistently strong levels of service they’ve demonstrated throughout the year.
