Jaama has made a new appointment to help further increase sales of its recently updated Key2 Plant Management system. Andrew Inns has been appointed to fill the newly created position of plant sales manager with the brief to establish Key2 Plant Management system in the market place.

Inns has worked in the IT industry for the past 20 years in a variety of roles including sales, sales management and marketing.

Immediately before joining Jaama he worked for rental software provider MCS Global where he had responsibility for establishing its new windows-based plant hire product. Prior to that he worked for rival software specialist InspHire in a similar role with responsibility for launching its new windows plant hire product and building its sales team.

Inns said: “I’ve specialised in the IT plant equipment management sector in recent years so I’m looking forward to establishing Jaama in the sector and helping the company to further expand from its roots in the fleet and leasing marketplace.”

Jaama managing director Jason Francis added: “A number of businesses and some public sector fleets operate a significant amount of plant machinery.

“Customer demand for Key2 Plant Management is rising following our updates to the technology, which is why we are giving the product a special focus with the recruitment of Andrew. He has significant experience in terms of launching such technology into the market.’
