TransLinc has delivered 21 Ford Transit vans as part of a three-year deal with CHP in a new partnership.

The vans have been delivered in stages over the last few months, and TransLinc says it is confident that the partnership will result in further orders in the future.

Chris Davies, fleet manager at CHP, said: “These vehicles will be used by our internal trades team to carry out repair and maintenance work on our properties and will enable us to improve the emissions of our vehicles in our quest to run a cleaner fleet.

“We have been very impressed with the service provided by TransLinc so far and look forward to a successful partnership in the coming years.”

CHP has run Transit vans since 2003, and the new, more efficient vehicles supplied by TransLinc will help it reduce fleet emissions and running costs through improved fuel consumption.

All 21 vans have been fitted with racking systems and will be used by CHP’s internal trades team.

Richard Albon, contract manager at TransLinc, said: “CHP is a fantastic new addition to our customer portfolio and our success in winning their business is testament to the high quality of our service offering.”
