Order books open for new Volkswagen Transporter and Caravelle models

Order books have been opened for all models of Volkswagen Transporter and Caravelle vehicles.

First deliveries for both panel van and passenger carrying versions begin in September.

Startline panel van models are priced from £17,745, with pricing starting from £23,440 for the Transporter shuttle, and £30,165 ex vat for the Caravelle.

The Transporter shuttle S starts from £23,440 and includes BlueMotion Technology, seating for up to nine people, DAB+ digital radio and Bluetooth as standard, and is available with a choice of three 2.0-litre dieseI engines.

Standard equipment on the Caravelle also includes Volkswagen’s acclaimed Automatic Post Collision Braking system, which automatically applies the brakes after a collision, reducing the risk or severity of a secondary impact.

Volkswagen is also producing limited edition Caravelle model, with a 2.0-litre TDI 150ps engine with DSG gearbox, in two-tone white and red paint.
