TrustFord has begun delivery of a “significant” fleet order to supermarket Asda.

Due to commercial sensitivities, the Ford dealer network is not divulging the size of the order, but has worked with Asda’s fleet team on the detailed specification, delivery and mobile support service.

The first of the newly-fitted out commercial vehicles were handed over at Asda’s Lancaster store by Nichola Hobson, national account sales manager and group aftersales development manager, Graham Wright, both from TrustFord to Asda’s grocery home shopping fleet contract manager Sean Clifton, and Adrian Rigby, operations manager fleet at the retailer.

Mark Wilkie, fleet and CV director at TrustFord, said: ‘We are proud to have been able to support Sean and his team at Aada with this special order.

“The fleet team has continued throughout lockdown to ensure key services have been able to keep functioning.”
