Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (VWCV) has recognised the achievements of its top performing dealers at its annual awards event.
More than 250 representatives from the brand’s UK network of 67 van centres and 30 authorised repairers attended the ceremony in London.
Six category awards were given to recognise performance across a number of key areas, from new and used sales to customer experience. There were also three Top Performing Van Centre accolades, given to the top three overall performers, measured against a spectrum of criteria.
“Exceptional attention to detail”, “delighting customers” and “always looking for new opportunities” were cited as just some of the ways this year’s winners distinguished themselves from the pack.
The gala event also saw two people from the network – Andrew Caygill, from Volkswagen Van Centre West Yorkshire and Adam Lewis from Sinclair’s Van Centres in Cardiff and Swansea – presented with the brand’s prestigious Gold Pins. These accolades are given to members of staff from across the network who have demonstrated exceptional and often long service to the brand.
Carl zu Dohna, director of Volkswagen Commercial vehicles, said: “It’s always a pleasure to acknowledge the work done by our Van Centres and Authorised Repairers Our network teams are the backbone of our business, and we rely on them to live our brand values and deliver on our Working With You promise to our customers across the UK, day in, day out.”
