North West housing group Torus has unveiled the first of its new 250- strong vehicle fleet following a partnership with van conversion specialist Bott.

Torus is made up of two housing associations, Helena Homes and Golden Gates Housing Trust, which own and manage 22,000 homes in the mid-Mersey area. Its in-house team carry out over 30,000 repairs a year.

Paul Williams, fleet manager for Torus, said: “We’re delighted to be able to roll out our new vehicles across Warrington and St Helens.

"Bott have been great partners who have not only helped to create a memorable look that reflects our group corporate identity, but a product that allows us to increase our van stocks via a sophisticated racking system.”

Deborah Stewart-Downs, business development manager for Bott, said, “All the stakeholders involved had a clear vision of how important it was to deliver the project on time, so the impact of changing 250 vehicles was planned and managed effectively.
