Truckman demonstrates ‘commitment to quality’ with ISO accreditation

Dudley-based Truckman has demonstrated its “commitment to quality” by achieving the latest 2015 standard for the ISO 9001.

The manufacturer and supplier of vehicle accessories, has been awarded the updated international accreditation for its quality management systems and procedures.

Truckman’s executive chairman Mike Wheeler (pictured) said: “Achieving the latest ISO 9001: 2015 reflects our commitment to quality, both in terms of the products we produce as well as the way we operate the business and engage with our customers. 

“High levels of service have always been a priority for our entire team and it has been essential to maintain that standard as we have grown the business.”

Through investment into its extensive headquarters in Dudley, the company has created substantial hardtop production capabilities and significant stockholding through a rapidly expanding warehouse operation.

The Dudley headquarters has increased its production and stockholding capabilities with the addition of a new mezzanine floor to its warehouse, which has enabled the company increase its product stockholding by a further half a million pounds.
