Following an unsolved fraudulent claim made against A&T Transport, it has installed ProVision cameras across its fleet.

The Dublin-based logistics company has invested in a package that ranges from two cameras (front and rear) to up to three cameras (front and sides) on the larger trucks.

A&T Transport has access to data from its headquarters so the team can review footage in real-time or download footage, no matter where in Europe a vehicle might be.

Any incident can be immediately reviewed, and the footage secured, before a vehicle even returns to base.

A&T’s director Andrew Bruton said: “A key issue for us is rising insurance costs. These cameras will not only help us with compliance but also make journeys safer.”

ProVision’s sales manager Ciaran Murphy said: “We’ve been working closely with A&T Transport to provide a package that suits its needs.

“A&T Transport has a fantastic reputation in the industry and we are pleased to be able to help further its ability to deliver an efficient, safe service.

"This investment is not only for its vehicles but also for its drivers, and demonstrates the commitment to compliance and safety.”
