Panther Warehousing has invested £3 million in a new fleet to cater for increased business.

The company has taken delivery of more than 40 HGV’s comprising a mix of 26 x 7.5 tonne, 4 x 18 tonne and 10 x artics – as well as 75 SDC trailers and an additional 50 new luton and panel vans, which are more suited to the two-man service.  

Colin McCarthy, managing director of Panther Warehousing, said: “As the majority of our customers require the delivery of heavy and often fragile goods this represents a significant investment which will improve our service to them and better equip our two-man delivery teams.”

He added: “We have enjoyed consistent growth year on year over the past three years and this is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon. Investing in these new vehicles is just one of a series of measures undertaken by Panther to ensure we continue to stay ahead of the market are prepared to meet the ever increasing demands of our customers.”
