Toyota Hilux proves the toughest choice for JCB

JCB has chosen the Toyota Hilux to carry out multiple duties at its UK sites, in a new fleet deal.

The construction and agriculture equipment specialist has taken first deliveries this week in an order for 13 Toyota Hilux Double Cab models. They will be used at JCB’s quarries and to transport machinery around the country, supporting JCB’s agricultural team.

JCB chose Hilux after putting it to the test in a six-week trial to evaluate its capabilities. Compared to the performance of rival pick-ups, it was found to be the best vehicle to meet the high demands of the job.
