Reflex rolls out Teletrac Navman telematics across fleet

Reflex Vehicle Hire as partnered with Teletrac Navman for telematics, vehicle tracking and cameras.

Following a successful trial period, the hire business is set to equip its entire fleet of vehicles with Teletrac Navman equipment.

The new system allows Reflex Vehicle Hire to capture vital data and real-time insights across its fleet and in turn positively impact driver behaviour. With the system linking to the ECU (electronic control unit) of the vehicle to provide accurate mileage, fault codes and speed, this will benefit the customer by identifying issues and resolving them efficiently.

The data provided by the system forms a huge part of the fleet analysis to deliver the recently launched service EV:IE, showcasing the switch from ICE vehicle to EV’s.

The package also includes Teletrac Navman’s dashboard camera solution which enables the integration of cameras with tracking software to allow Reflex to combine consistent and accurate driver behaviour data with video footage in a single platform, without using multiple systems.

André Pardal, head of IT at Reflex Vehicle Hire, said: “As a trusted and reliable partner, numerous customers have been thrilled to hear we are working with such a renowned industry leader, and it has been great to see the benefits that the telematics platform has already had on our operations.

“We are already seeing a positive impact in driver behaviour, alongside vehicle maintenance checks helping with cost efficiencies in the face of the current supply chain challenges. The entire Reflex team are excited to see how our partnership can continue to thrive and how we can future proof our fleet.”
