ALS Laboratories partner with Teletrac Navman

ALS Laboratories has partnered with Teletrac Navman to bring telematics to its fleet.

The telematics will be implemented across its UK fleet.

It offers a wide range of microbiological, physical and chemical testing services for businesses operating in the food and drink, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.

Susan Pratt, UK logistics manager at ALS Laboratories, said: “Our customers need a testing partner they can trust and on top of the results we provide that means an effective, efficient and responsible transport operation.

“Teletrac Navman’s expert front-end consultancy means we now have an integrated solution that has given us more fleet visibility and performance data than ever before, improving our operations no end.”

The company will gain use of Teletrac Navman’s connected fleet management platform, Director.

The fleet tracking system enables managers to have access to real-time data in one interface.

It has helped improve uptime for UK businesses by an average of 15%, reduced accidents by 20% and reduced fuel use by an average of 30%.
