Greenhous Fleet Services has been presented with the Enterprise Award of Excellence for three years of fleet storage provision.

Kieran Griffin, fleet operations co-ordinator, and Ben Coates, PDI assistant, from Greenhous Fleet Services at the Greenhous Village High Ercall in Shropshire, were invited to attend a presentation lunch in London, hosted by Enterprise.

In recognition of “their outstanding contribution in providing fleet storage services to Enterprise Rent-a-car” they were presented with an Award of Excellence.

Enterprise Holdings’ assistant vice president remarketing Alasdair Maclean said: “High Ercall showed the greatest year-on-year improvements of any of our vendors.

"They have shown true engagement with the KPI process, which has been demonstrated through swift change management and by maximizing all opportunities for performance improvement.

“They regularly receive positive feedback from our buyers, highlighting their service skills and excellent customer centric attitudes.

"Ben and Kieran continue to foster strong bonds with all levels of our business, efficiently assisting us with all queries and providing any help that we may require.

"Their quick responses and clear communication skills are a credit to their whole team.

“In 2018 they proved to be a great business partner, providing storage for several of our regions whilst managing to never let their standards dip despite such high volumes.

"At all times, their accuracy has been second to none, enhanced by their proactive and constant effort to manage their TMS dashboard.

“They are very hands-on in alerting us to vehicles which have fallen outside of standards so that they can be addressed efficiently prior to sale. In 2018, Greenhous embodied the standards we require from a business partner.”

Griffin said: “It was an honour for Ben and I to be selected to go to London to receive the award.”
