FleetCheck to provide FORS members with dedicated fleet management system

FleetCheck has been selected by FORS, the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme, to provide its members with a dedicated fleet management software system, FORS FMS.

The fleet management software specialist has been appointed as a FORS Affinity Partner, which allows the company to provide a FORS-branded product which assists FORS members with legal compliance and/or contractual requirements.

FORS FMS is designed for FORS members seeking to demonstrate compliance with FORS Bronze, Silver and Gold requirements as set-out in the FORS Standard.

Software includes an online checklist which allows FORS members quick and easy access to the specific fleet data required for accreditation.

FORS FMS also includes the FORS FMS Mobile app for phones and mobile devices; an electronic version of the manual vehicle inspection process, including photo-capability to report defects and to expedite maintenance requirements.

Paul Wilkes, FORS business services manager, said: “FORS FMS gives our members the ability to collect and integrate essential data to gain, and retain, FORS accreditation – all through accessibility.

“The prospect of ensuring compliance using paperwork is, at best, daunting. FORS FMS, on the other hand, will make the whole process quick, easy and extremely accurate.”
