Prohire portal to help HGV fleets with legal compliance

Prohire HGV fleet

Prohire has launched a portal that will help HGV fleets with legal compliance and supply "essential" documents.

Working with software developers DBLogic (DBL), the portal gives fleets round-the-clock access to data and key documents.

Alongside helping commercial vehicle operators to prove compliance with industry regulations, the portal will give access to MOT certificates, O-licences, lease contracts, vehicle inspection histories and maintenance schedules.

Prohire’s IT manager Jim McAlinden said: “We’re committed to helping HGV fleets to comply with our industry’s legal, financial, environmental and safety legislations.

“With a host of essential documents easily accessible from a single location, our new customer portal offers complete transparency and we expect it to be particularly beneficial to businesses operating multiple sites.

“We’re always looking to innovate, to help our customers run their businesses efficiently, and continued investment will ensure our IT infrastructure has the scale and pace to meet both current requirements and the predicted growth of our business.”
