The Isotrak Group today announced an agreement with PCL to renew its partnership for a further two years.

PCL has reportedly improved its fleet operations with real-time visibility of timed deliveries and collections resulting in enhanced customer service, since implementing Isotrak’s Job Management system and CANbus.

With a fleet comprising 250 HGV vehicles and 300 temperature-controlled fridge trailers.

Real-time job tracking via Isotrak’s plan vs. actual module enables PCL to provide accurate delivery status to their customers.

PCL’s head of operations Stuart Frith said: “Isotrak’s renewed focus and commitment to service delivery is impressive.

"There has been a step change in the way we are working together, meaning we’re able to convert the benefits into better results for our own customers.”

Isotrak Group’s chairman Jim Sumner said: “We are thrilled to be continuing our relationship with PCL. While we will continue to provide quality products that match their needs, our aim is to work with PCL and fully support them in surpassing their customers’ expectations.

“We are proud our customer service and satisfaction levels now set the standard in our sector and it is no surprise this is reflected in the Group delivering record sales growth.”
