Judges’ comments

The mobile branch solution demonstrates Lloyds’ commitment to its customers.

It recognises the concerns of more remote customers and found a well-thought-through solution as evidenced by the testimonials.

Visually attractive, the interior environment makes the vehicles an appealing place to be – arguably more so than going into an actual branch!
