Reflex Vans receives first FTA Van Excellence operator accreditation

FTA

Reflex Vans has become the first van rental business to receive the Freight Transport Association (FTA) Van Excellence operator accreditation.

Van Excellence was launched in 2010 in order to promote high standards of van operation and driving by accrediting operators against an industry code of good practice.

“Reflex’s policy of speed limiting its rental vans by default allows it to comply with the Van Excellence Code and we applaud the company for leading the way,” said Mark Cartwright, FTA’s head of vans.

Lisa Spong, head of sales for Reflex, added: “This will help our standing with customers and employees and reassure both the public and Government that van operators are addressing the issues of concern to them.”
