TOM Vehicle Rental wins three-year ScottishPower contract

TOM Vehicle Rental has been selected by Scottish Power as the sole supplier of LCV, 4x4, HGV and specialist vehicles for its nationwide requirements.

Under the three-year agreement, TOM is expected to provide about 7,500 rentals per year across all aspects of ScottishPower's operation to cover vehicle downtime, vehicle maintenance requirements and accident damage as well as additional provision to fulfil peaks in operational demand or wait times on newly-ordered core fleet vehicles.

TOM was selected following a detailed tender process.

John Moore, fleet manager at ScottishPower, said: “We are confident TOM Vehicle Rental will provide an excellent service to assist our fleet operations."

David Love, director of vehicle rental for TOM Vehicle Rental, said: “This is a major partnership for TOM Vehicle Rental which demonstrates the full extent of our fleet offering and service capability."
