Pro-Align launches device to help move commercial vehicles in workshops

Pro-Align has launched Hunter EasiPush - a device which helps move commercial vehicles inside a workshop environment - in the UK.

Originally developed to help workshops move commercial vehicles a short distance forward in order to carry out the rolling compensation check as part of the wheel alignment process, EasiPush is now available as a stand-alone tool to help operators manoeuvre vehicles in cramped workshops safely.

“EasiPush has already become quite a talking point among the few workshops who have seen it in action,” said Brett Hickey, commercial vehicle specialist at Pro-Align. “While it was designed to assist in the Hunter commercial vehicle wheel alignment process, its versatility means that it can be of great assistance in many other situations as well.”

Powered by a rechargeable battery unit, operators using EasiPush place the unit’s roller assembly against a vehicle’s wheel and turn the handle to commence operation.

Using the assembly’s high friction surface, the high torque motors then rotate the vehicle’s wheels, moving it along in a safe, controlled manner.

EasiPush is the first in a series of Hunter commercial vehicle products that are to be launched by Pro-Align during 2015 after the creation of a dedicated CV division.
