The Long-bodied Vito 111 CDI on display at the company's annual conference wore the company’s eye-catching new vinyl wrap livery and, especially for the occasion, a humorous set of door mirror covers.

GreenThumb was founded in 1986 by CEO Stephen Waring. Its franchisees run a combined fleet of more than 750 vans.

the 111 CDI model as specified by GreenThumb is powered by a 114 hp 1.6-litre engine which drives the front wheels.

Mercedes-Benz expects to supply in the region of 120 vans this year, with the remainder of the fleet being replaced before the end of 2017 – GreenThumb stipulates that the vehicles which bear its name must be no more than three years old.

Managing director David Griffiths said: “GreenThumb are pleased to be associated with Mercedes-Benz Vans once again, and it has been a pleasure working with them to finalise our business relationship. The new Vito is ideal as a quality vehicle that will enhance our reputation with our approximately 500,000 happy customers. I am sure that these two iconic brands will complement each other perfectly.”
