Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles appoints new head of service and parts

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has appointed Trevor Hodgson-Phillips as its new head of service and parts.

In his new role, he will report directly to Carl zu Dohna, director of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and will be responsible for driving the brand's aftersales activities in the UK.

Hodgson-Phillips joined the Volkswagen Group in 2000. Since then he has progressed through the organisation, holding management roles at Volkswagen Passenger Cars and most recently Škoda as head of planning.

He succeeds Kevin Rendell, who assumes the position of head of customer quality and network development for Volkswagen Passenger Cars.
