TWL opts for Mercedes-Benz Vito

Telephone systems supplier TWL Voice & Data has opted for five long-bodied Mercedes-Benz Vitos from Euro Commercials.

One of the new arrivals is a Vito 116CDI Sport, with 163 hp engine and extra styling touches such as alloy wheels and chrome grille and sidebar, while a 136 hp Vito 113CDI Dualiner has a second row of seats, allowing it to carry five people. The remaining three are Vito 113CDI panel vans.

TWL has taken advantage of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services’ Agility funding package. This offers all the benefits of conventional hire purchase with a Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) – including low monthly repayments – but gives operators extra options at the end of the term.

The customer can choose whether to pay off the final lump sum and keep the vehicle, use the vehicle as a part exchange for a brand new one, or return it free of any further obligations, apart from an excess mileage charge if the initially agreed limit has been exceeded, and damage charges over and above fair wear and tear.

Andrew Hirs, marketing manager at TWL, said: “Our previous Vito models were superbly reliable, while the Agility package combined the flexibility we wanted with competitive rates.

“Euro Commercials have also looked after us very well, their out-of-hours servicing facility being particularly useful, so we had no hesitation in sticking with Mercedes-Benz.”
