Merson Group has taken delivery of another 20 vans from Ryder on a 48-month lease.

The entire Mercedes-Benz order comprises of six Citan 111 LWB panel vans, a Citan 111 long crew van, and 13 Sprinter 314Cdi long high-roof vans. Each Citan has a GVW of 2.2 tonnes, while each Sprinter’s GVW is 3.5 tonnes. All the vans feature ply-lined load bays.

Merson is a built environment specialist and designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains signage, wayfinding, and facades for interiors and exteriors. Its customers include well-known and high street brands in banking, retail, and automotive, as well as all forms of transport and the education sector.

Following a period of growth by acquisition and subsequent consolidation, Merson is now focusing on growth via its increased capacity and capabilities.

The new vans will carry two-man installation teams and their tools, working the length and breadth of the country (including Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland).

Merson has partnered with Ryder since 2004, and the latest order means all of Merson’s 30-strong fleet is supplied by Ryder.
