Mule Tipper Inserts have launched a new concept which allows everyday pick-up trucks to transform into a Tipper.

The design is the brainchild of three friends with specialist backgrounds in Formula One, metal structural construction and hydraulics. The trio decided to create Mule Tipper Inserts after seeing a similar design in the USA and wanted to bring a version to Europe. Working together, they created various prototypes and re-modelled the concept until reaching the final design we see today.

The simple process works by taking the tailgate off the truck and dropping the Mule Tipper Insert into the space. The loading space is secured through the chassis and the power cable is wired through to the vehicles main battery. A master electric cut-off switch is positioned inside the vehicles cab and the Mule Tipper Insert is operated via a wireless controller.

This concept was designed to make unloading for customers such as, builders, tree surgeons, loggers, municipal agencies, farmers and various similar industries. Mule Tipper Inserts can easily be re-fitted onto a new vehicle.

Mule Tipper Inserts has the advantage of adding extras to the base unit to create a custom pickup truck for individual needs, such as headboards, ladder racks, greedy boards and more.

The Mule Tipper Insert base unit starts at £2,695 and will showcase at the APF Exhibition from 15-17 September at Ragley Estate in Alcester, Warwickshire.
