The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) has welcomed its first Spanish operator, Transnaba Orihuela, as a bronze member.

Transnaba Orihuela, founded in 1960, experienced 25% growth in its fleet over three years and now operates 55 vehicles. It believes FORS is "the perfect gateway" to provide the best customer service possible, while continuing its UK growth.

FORS’ director John Hix said: “It’s fantastic to see that international operators can see the benefits of embracing the best practice encouraged by FORS membership. Transnaba Orihuela has achieved significant growth over the past few years and we are delighted that it is accompanying this growth with a commitment to high standards."
