Manheim Auctions in Gloucester has won LeasePlan’s  supplier excellence award, ‘LCV Auction Provider of the Year.’

In addition, Manheim’s key strategic supplier, PJM Valeting, saw its commercial vehicle valeting manager at Gloucester, Tim Gibbs, scoop LeasePlan’s most coveted ‘LCV Auction Employee’ for Q4 2013.

Tim joined PJM when it was founded in 2002 and, along with the entire PJM team, has worked tirelessly with LeasePlan in order to ensure the fleet company’s commercial vehicles are presented in their very best light.

Paul Mason, general manager auction sales at LeasePlan, said: “The key foundation of LeasePlan’s industry-leading remarketing strategy is the continual drive for increased buyer activity and loyalty. At all times, we strive to offer a leading auction entry that attracts the highest number of online and physical buyers.

"Our supplier accreditation process objectively measures a number of key performance indicators and uniquely captures the essence of what class-leading results and performances actually mean to LeasePlan; both at a team and individual level. The continued results from Manheim Gloucester speak volumes about their passion and commitment. I would like to thank the entire team on behalf of LeasePlan for its continued dedication.”

James Davis, director of commercial vehicles at Manheim, added: “For the past three years, Gloucester has achieved more success in quarterly accreditations than any other LeasePlan LCV auction centre in order to retain the accolade of ‘LCV Auction Provider of the Year’ for a third occasion.

"This year, the win is all the more sweet as one of our key supplier’s own team members, Tim Gibbs, has been recognised with a separate LeasePlan award. To win these awards is not only a fantastic result for the Gloucester team and Tim, but clear proof that LeasePlan’s disposal team, in partnership with Manheim, is leading the way in the UK van auction marketplace.”
