More than 200 fleet customers have signed up to Road Haulage Association’s (RHA) Analysis system since its launch on November 1, 2013.

RHA Analysis gives operators a fully automated, web-based digital and analogue tachograph analysis reporting system with a choice of payment options.

Of the 228 customers (RHA members and non-members) that have signed up to the new system so far 139 are ‘pay as you go' while 89 are ‘advance pay' customers. Customers are given N free analogue data entry, free vehicle downloads, free secure data storage and free upgrades and support.

Richard Ellithorne, operations director at RHA, said: "Designed for all fleet of all sizes and from all sectors - digital, analogue or mixed, RHA Analysis is fully web-based, fully automated, and is being used by many of the UK's leading transport providers to maintain compliance."

The system provides KPI exception based reporting across multiple depots, drivers and vehicles. Another plus point is that reports can be automatically emailed to any transport manager or multiple users to suit any fleet size.

Other benefits of the system include: complete digital and analogue tachograph analysis, a reduction in infringements and VOSA penalties, drivers' compliance dashboard, full data entry by expert analyst team, compliance with drivers' hours and WTD legislation, easy infringement debriefing, automated email reporting and a full support team (available on phone, email and online).
